Terms & Conditions (Updated 16/12/2020)

You do not need to create an account to make an order, although doing so has numerous benefits for you, a log of previous orders is kept, postage is calculated quicker for you, etc. However you can just check out as a guest where you will fill in all the required information as you check out.

Browse through the online shop, and click on any items that you wish to add to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be able to proceed through finalising your order.

Payment is done through Paypal – this allows you to keep your financial information completely secure with them and pay using a variety of means through Paypal.

Payment is available upon collection, this is only recommended if you live close to Wolverhampton or Telford and can be done with a mutually arranged time.

Postage and Packaging is a fixed fee of £5.00. However if you make an order over £30 then Postage and Packaging will be free.

Currently we do not accept International orders, if you wish to order internationally please use the contact us form to enquire.

The customer is responsible for entering their Address and Post Code correctly and for arranging collection from the Post Office or the Courier if they are not in when delivery is attempted. We will notify you when items are returned to us as the Post Office or the Courier has been unable to deliver. In this circumstance we will charge you for the Postal element of your order again before we will ship your order back to you. Note that you can choose a separate Delivery Address when you place your order, but this must be reflected in the PayPal payment information.

Available Stock is kept up to date as much as possible. However there are 2 circumstances where an error may happen;

  1. Geek Shop Online Ltd sells products at various events throughout the year, as well as through other avenues. In these circumstances Stock levels may not have been updated when you make your order.
  2. When stock is added to your shopping cart, it is not deducted from stock available until you complete your checkout. This means that if there is a low number of stock left and multiple people could add the items to their shopping cart. The system will usually catch this error before you checkout, however if there is 1 item left and 2 people checkout through PayPal during the same time period, then both orders will complete.

In either of these situations Geek Shop Online Ltd will process the order on a first come first served basis. The customer whose order can not be fulfilled will be contacted and advised of when stock will next be available. At this point the customer can choose to keep the order and wait for the new stock, or cancel their entire or part of their order and receive a full refund.
It is with the deepest of regret this may happen, however this is a limitation of many shopping cart systems, and thus should be a very rare occurrence.

Your Rights

You have the right to cancel your order with us, this can be done up to 14 days from the day after the goods are received by you.
In the event of cancellation you must notify us by email to sales@geek-shop.co.uk .
We will return the cost of the product within 30 days of notice of cancellation and after receipt of your return.
The customer is responsible for paying the return postage.

The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.
